The League is represented by 24 Branches throughout the country. It is governed by a central Council, made up of the National Chairman, four Vice Chairmen, 50 elected Councillors representing the branches and Branch Chairmen. There is also an elected Executive Committee which meets once a month to handle the administration of the League. The EAWL is affiliated to the National Council of Women in Kenya, and is a constituent member of the Associated Country Women of the World.
